There’s a lot to love about living in Prescott, but one of our favourite things is the endless summer community fun!

Mark your calendars and check out these upcoming activities for your whole modern family.

Spruce Grove Farmers’ Market

Shop local and support our city’s farmers, bakers, makers and more! The Farmer’s Market hosts many vendors throughout the summer season and you and your family can visit every Saturday between 10 AM – 1:00 PM.

When: Saturdays 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Where: Location: Elevator Site, 120 Railway Ave

Admission: FREE

Grove Rotary Ribfest 2022

Spruce Grove’s biggest summer party will feature MORE ribbers, MORE food trucks, and MORE entertainment! All that adds up to more fun!

When: Fri, 22 Jul 2022, 3:00 PM – Sun, 24 Jul 2022, 6:00 PM MDT

Where: 9 Agrena Road, Spruce Grove, AB T7X 2C6

Admission: FREE but VIP starts at $28.22 Tickets

Family Fun Day

Come down to Central park and check out a variety of stations and activities for the kids to participate in at Family Fun Day! There will be:

Face painting
Glitter tattoos
Cookie decorating
Plant your own plant to take home
Garden rock decorating
We also have some amazing activities lined up such as
Exercise class
Dance class
Sherry Hunt

Spruce Grove City Centre Market

The Spruce Grove City Centre Market is a partnership with the City of Spruce Grove and the start of a more in-depth process to re-energize the City Centre as a gathering place, a focal point for the community and a place where businesses want to locate. Each City Centre Market is uniquely programmed to display the talents of the diverse set of vendors. These home-based and similar businesses have the opportunity to showcase their products to a much wider audience.

When: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM MDT

Where: The Pioneer Centre and City Hall Parking Lot

Out of the Bag Crafts

Get the family together for some fun summer crafts at the Spruce Grove Public Library! Pick up your craft kit at the library ahead of time and join us in-person OR via Zoom for a virtual Makerspace session! Please register as soon as possible because space is limited. Zoom access codes will be sent out a few days before the event.

When: Thurs, Aug 11 from 3 PM to 4 PM

Where: Spruce Grove Public Library.
